About Fransham Farm

As livestock farmers for over 80 years, we are interested in the continuation of our business in supplying quality, fully traceable and extremely tasty meat to our customers.

We look to supply direct to the customer, thus ensuring the customer is satisfied with their purchase time and time again.

Animal welfare is of key importance to us, and we are more than happy to have customers visit our farm to look at the animals grazing.  As a company we are members of FABBL, an internationally recognised scheme established to provide reassurance to the customer regarding animal welfare, feed stuffs, housing and veterinary treatments.

We bred the animals on our own holding, they are then sent to a local abattoir and butchered at a local butcher.  This way we can ensure the quality and traceability of our meat and reduce food miles at the same time.

Our herd comprises rare bred Lincoln Red animals.  The flavour from this meat is exceptional and is well worth trying.  We also supply superb Beef sausages (as featured in the EDP) which are a huge hit with all ages.  We do not believe in adding preservatives to our sausages or beef burgers and feel that this is the way all meat should be, as a company we are looking towards the next generation and trying to do our best for them!

We sell breeding stock from our Westacre herd of pedigree Lincoln Reds on Request.
